Each dish is crafted with care using high-quality ingredients. The standout, however, is their exciting selection of ramen, where traditional meets innovation. For instance, the Shio Tonkotsu Ramen boasts a rich, creamy broth enriched with buttery garlic flavor, while the Vegan Hiyashi (Cold Noodles) artfully combines refreshing peanut sauce with vibrant vegetables.

I had the pleasure of indulging in the Spicy Hiyashi Tantan, where the combination of thick cold noodles and spicy minced pork created an explosion of flavors that was both refreshing and comforting. Each bite was a delightful balance, with the notes of lime cutting through the richness of the peanut sauce.

We parked at the Bristol Farms parking lot since parking near this restaurant was kind of impossible. The food tasted good. The service was great. There were nobody other than myself and my child. We had a lovely lunch. The only thing I disliked was how thin the noodles were. Other than that broth was delicious. The waitress said they cook the broth for 16 hrs. I can believe it because I loved the flavor. Very tasty. Two thumbs up!

I'm a big fan of ramen and I am so happy to have recently discovered Kai Ramen in Westchester. Kai Ramen is currently in their soft opening till end of August. My understanding is they closed and now they are back! I am definitely glad they opened up because I really enjoyed all the offerings here. Kai Ramen offers pork, chicken and vegetable broth. I am such a fan of ramen places that offer different type of broths. Though I do indulge once in awhile with pork based broth; I really like when places offer chicken or vegetable broths. I got the Buttercorn Ramen which is a creamy white chicken soup that comes with garlic buttery sauce, salt base, thick noodle, chicken meat, flavored egg, scallion, corn, broccoli and a slice of butter. This was such a creamy ramen. The slice of butter was unique and gave it an even more creamy touch. I was impressed with the two slices of large chicken chashu. The fact that they had chicken chashu is already quite a win. I also loved how they had a fair amount of both corn and broccoli. This ramen definitely was packed with both flavor and ingredients. The Buttercorn Ramen was $18 and thought a little bit on the pricier side of ramen; it was well worth it. Aside from the ramen I got to try their Sesame Fried Chicken. This was $10.50 an came with a sweet mustard sauce. The fried chicken was hot, fresh and tasty! I also got to try their California roll. These were made fresh and were also quite delicious. I am definitely impressed with Kai Ramen Westchester. Aside from the amazing food; I liked the look of the restaurant. It was clean and classy. I loved how each table had flowers. As a ramen fan; this place is on the top of my list of amazing ramen spots! I definitely want to come back.

First time trying this place and I was pleasantly surprised. Really nice inside, fun and clean vibe. Service was good too. I tried the chicken ramen with thin noodles and medium spice. Was very tasty. Only critique I would offer is to slide the chicken thinner. It was a bit thick with two large pieces in the bowl. My son had the classic pork tonkatsu and said the chashu slice was good! Maybe next time I'll get the chicken brother with pork chashu. We'll be back
